Provided advice on numerous occasions for geothermal, industrial, planning and heritage projects with regard to effective consultation with tangata whenua, (indigenous people of New Zealand) in order to take their concerns into account when applying for resource consents.

Advice and assistance for the renewal of water and air discharge consents at Maui Production Station, Shell Todd Oil Services Ltd, including review of the accompanying assessments of environmental effects, as well as consultation with local farmers and iwi.

Devised a resource consent strategy for obtaining all resource consents required for a proposed stormwater / sewer separation project for an area covering greater Orakei in Auckland City, for Metrowater Ltd.

Developed an assessment of environmental effects to accompany a renewal of an application for an air discharge consent for a livestock killing and rendering operation at AFFCO (New Zealand) Ltd in Taumarunui. This involved extensive consultation with local people affected by the plant's air discharge.

Preparation of air discharge consents for three flexible polyurethane foam plants in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. These were dealt with as new consents.
