The principal, Alison Adams-Smith, holds both a Master of Science degree and a Master of Planning degree, and is completing her PhD in environmental and development studies, focussing on waste issues in developing countries. She has 18 years experience as an environmental advisor on a wide variety of issues, within New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Kuwait.
